Our projects in a few words

  • JGP's experience builds on our history of providing comprehensive services across diverse projects, clients, and industries.
  • We handle works large and small from studies and planning through to construction implementation and commissioning works.
  • Our people drive projects forward for our clients, be it new installations or upgrades and expansions, major shutdowns and plant turnarounds, or strategic guidance on project management systems or future fuels.
  • Clients trust us at scale. We deliver large campaign programmes and major capital works, and adapt to clients needs by taking ownership of dynamic portfolios of small to medium size projects.
  • On-site or off-site, the JGP team operates as, where, and when needed to meet client requirements or constraints for resourcing, geographic location, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • As described on our Markets page, our experience covers industries from city water and port infrastructure to the ongoing progression and evolution of energy supply, generation, storage, transmission, distribution, and utilisation.
  • The Projects List page summarises work we have completed and continue to manage, and a sample of our project highlights are shown below, along with a few of the major plant turnarounds we have managed for our clients.

"JGP are an invaluable resource for Project Management Services to Firstgas. The Project Managers and Technical support is a very high quality which we cannot obtain elsewhere. I particularly appreciate the focus of Project Management expertise that comes from a company that specialises in this area, which provides Firstgas with better results than we have achieved by using resources from other consultancies with less specialised focus. Thanks for your hard work team!" - Firstgas Engineering and Projects Manager
